But it felt urgent and so we dropped our need for perfection and opened our laptops to record in hotel rooms and far-flung places to bring you the most immediate reaction we could to a most amazing PCPS field trip to New York City, home of Studio 54, The Sweathogs and -- as you'll hear -- some very loyal listeners and friends of the Pop Culture Preservation Society.
